PAGASA Replaces Names of 2014 Destructive Typhoons
The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) has decommissioned the names of the five most damaging tropical cyclones that entered the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) last year.
