It is moving Northwest at 20 km/h. Southwest Monsoon affecting Luzon and Visayas.
FORECAST: Monsoonrains will be experienced over Oriental Mindoro. Cloudy skies with occasional rains is expected over Bicol Region, Marinduque, Romblon and Northern Samar. Moderate to strong winds coming from the southwest will prevail with moderate to rough seas.
