Synopsis: At 3:00 AM today, the center of Tropical Depression "Tino" was estimated based on all available data at 305 km West Northwest of Puerto Princesa City, Palawan (10.6N, 116.1E) with maximum sustained winds of up to 55 km/h and gustiness of up to 90 km/h. It is forecast to move West Northwest at 28 km/h. Northeast Monsoon affecting Northern Luzon.

Forecast:

Mindanao will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers due to localized thunderstorms. Possible flashfloods due to isolated heavy rains, lightning and strong winds. Light to moderate winds coming from the East to Southeast with slight to moderate seas.

Ang Mindanao makasinati sa panalagsang pagdag-um ngadto nasa mapanganurong kalangitan inubanan sa pat-ak pat-ak nga pag ulan tungod kini sa localized thunderstorms. Posible sab ang flashfloods sa mga lugar nga maapektuhan sa isolated na mga kusog na pag-ulan. Hinay ngadto na sa kasarangan nga hangin ang magagikan sa habagatang silangang direksiyon ug hapsay ngadto sa kasarangan ang pagbalud sa kadagatan.
