Meanwhile, at 3:00 AM today, the eye of Typhoon CIMARON was located based on all available data at 2,000 km East Northeast of Extreme Northern Luzon or(23.2N, 141.1E) [OUTSIDE PAR] with maximum sustained winds of 145 kph near the center and gustiness of up to 180 km/h. It is moving Northwest at 25 kph.

MAGIGING KAMUGTAKAN: Bahagyang mapanganuron sundo sa mapanganuron na kalangitan na may pulo-pulong mga pag-uran ang iiral sa Kabikulan, Norteng Samar, Oriental Mindoro, Romblon, asin Marinduque. Moderato sundo sa makusog na duros na haling sur-sulnupan ang mamatian, na may moderato sundo sa maukol na kadagatan.

PAGTAYA: Bahagyang maulap hanggang sa maulap na kalangitan na may pulo-pulong mga pag-ulan ang iiral sa Rehiyong Bikol, Hilagang Samar, Oriental Mindoro, Romblon, at Marinduque. Katamtaman hanggang sa malakas na hangin mula sa timog-kanluran ang iiral, na may katamtaman hanggang sa maalon na karagatan.

FORECAST:Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers will prevail over Bicol Region, Northern Samar, Oriental Mindoro, Romblon, and Marinduque. Moderate to strong winds coming from the southwest will prevail, with moderate to rough seas.
